Country Fair is a small community of approximately 250 single-family homes. It is shaped like a figure-eight around two beautiful lakes. Homes with and without lake views are available. Residents enter the community via Country Fair Road off Boynton Beach Boulevard. Just outside the community is a smaller similar community called Watermill Circle. Homes range in price from approximately $115,000 to $200,000.
Local houses of worship include Son Life Lutheran church, Faith United Methodist, New Church at Boynton Beach, Lakeside Christian Church. Four businesses -- Pain It Rite Inc., Sweet Things & Sugar Pies, Glenn Dunn Carpet Works, and Anixter wire supplier -- are located just within the community. Just across Jog road to the north children can also visit the West Boynton Branch Library to further their education.
A short exit from the community and drive down Boynton Beach Road brings residents of Country Fair to Boynton Beach itself and Mangrove Park, close by to Ocean Ridge Natural Area and Harvey E. Oyer Jr. Park. A great landmark for Mangrove Park, because its hidden away somewhat, is St. Marks Catholic Church. The park gets its name from the mangroves which comprise it, which visitors can see up-close-and-personal by walking the boardwalk through the forest to the intracoastal waterway.
The County Fair community is very active, involved and interested in providing a great atmosphere for all resents, especially children. Schools attended by the children of the Country Fair community are Glades Day School, Odyssey Middle School, Hagen Road Elementary and Park Vista Community High School.
