Residents enter pet-friendly Springdale via Springdale Ct of Alemeda Dr. which extends out to S. Military Trail and S. Congress Avenue. Springdale is another town home community in Florida but it definitely stands out. Centered around a large rectangular lake, the town homes are quaint. Yards are fenced in by stained fencing lined with bushes, and units are large one-stories with low sloping roofs. The size of units ranges from one to three bedrooms and one to two and a half baths. Average town home square footage ranges from 1100 to 1400.

The landscaping around Springdale is impeccably maintained. Laws are lush, dark green and trimmed with fine edging, the waters of the lake are clear and alluring, and the trees and skillfully trimmed to maximize their appeal. Children can live in seclusion and safety as well, obtaining all they need within the community in and around Springdale. Nearby schools include Kirkane Elementary, Palm Springs Middle and John I. Leonard High School.

Springdale is a not a resort-styled community. The homes are conservative and affordable, which is great because residents can thoroughly enjoy all Palm Beach has to offer. For example, the West Palm Beach Golf Course is a short drive away, next to the Palm Beach International Airport. It's accessible to the public, and in 2009 the course was restored for eco-friendliness as well.

Dreher Park is also located nearby, which also houses the Palm Beach Zoo, the West Palm Beach Garden Club and the South florida Science Museum. Simply put, it's an enormous recreational area. Pavilions, fishing piers, playgrounds, green spaces and walking trails are also available and grouped based on location in the park. Furthermore, the Palm Beach Zoo is sure to excite people of all ages in Springdale. Daily shows feature a variety of birds and other animals such as slow lorises.
