The Palm Club West Village is a gated master planned community located in West Palm Beach Florida. Its split into Palm Club West I and II, located west of Military Trail, North of Lakeside Green Boulevard and south of Roebuck Road. Palm Club West I consists of townhomes while Palm Club West II is made up of 161 single family homes constructed in the early eighties. Both are beautiful and provide homeowners with different styles the option of joining a strong community in south Florida.
When residents enter the community via Lakeside Green Blvd, they can first turn off down Savoy Lane into Palm Club West Village I, the town home community. This complex consists of 11 buildings, a clubhouse, pool, tennis court and small lake. Green space around the complex is ample and well maintained.
Residents can also continue on down Lakeside Green Blvd and turn right onto Balmoral Blvd to access the single family portion of the Palm Club West Village community. Four large lakes make the community more water-centric than many subdivisions in south Florida, in fact, also lending an added degree of natural beauty to the community. Smaller homes are located closer to Military Trail and Lakeside Green Blvd, while the medium-sized and largest homes are located in the north and northwest portions of the community.
Both halves of West Palm Beach village are located near exquisite dining, shopping and entertainment, as well as plenty of outdoor activities. The children of the community attend Bear Lakes Middle School, Seminole Trails Elementary School and Palm Beach Lakes Community High School.
