Briar Bay is one of the most well known communities in the West Palm Beach area. From 2002 to 2004 different parts of the community were constructed with different buyers in mind. Whether youre looking for a single family home or condominium, Briar Bay has plenty to choose from.
The Cove I & II in fact feature the condos of the community. Constructed between 2002 and 2004, the Cove is a separate part of the community with a gate, located very close to the Briar Bay main entrance. Like all of Briar Bay its a luxurious place to live, accented by incredible landscaping and beautiful, impeccably maintained townhomes. If townhomes are the type of home youre looking for, Sail Harbour has 333 to choose from ranging in size from 1300 to 1700.
The majority of Briar Bay is, however, made up of single family homes ranging from $100,000 to $500,000. Five subdivisions break up the selection: The Tides, Liberty Isles, Waters Edge, Sail Harbour and Liberty Bay. Different builders constructed each subdivision, so although still feeling unified with the Briar Bay community in general each subdivision lets residents express their individuality. Amenities include a guarded gate, on-site property manager, pool and clubhouse, all specifically tailored to create a resort-like feeling amongst the community.
Liberty Bay was constructed between 2003 and 2004; the square footage of these 194 single family homes varies from as little as 1400 to as much as 2200, with either one or two stall garages. Liberty Isles, which also features single family homes, has 115 to select from amongst four different floor plans. Waters Edge single family homes have five floor plans and 134 different residences. Even if you dont like these subdivisions, you can still view The Tides which features two and three stall garages in its 94 single family homes.
