Sandalfoot Cove extends from Interstate 441 to the Florida Turnpike, and from West Palmetto Park Rd. to SW 18th St. Technically this area is not an official part of Boca Raton -- being nearly five miles southwest of it -- though it is unofficially. The population is approximately 17,000, while the median income for a family is $50,000. Nearby schools include Hammock Pointe Elementary School, Boca's Professional Learning Academy, Del Prado Elementary, Weinbaum Yeshiva High School, St. Jude Catholic School and Loggers' Run Middle.

Three condominium complexes are located in Sandalfoot Cove: Sandal Foot Squire, Belaire Club at Boca Raton Condominiums and Rosewood Condominiums.

The Sandalfoot Cove Park has two lighted baseball fields, one lighted multi-purpose field, ample parking, a playground with a 2-5 yr play structure, in addition to restroom facilities. Trends at Boca Raton, two realtors, a dentist, and a specialized clinic are some of the businesses located directly within the community. Others include Fatinha Mil's Spa, Weight Watchers, Resaurante Brasil and McDonalds.
