Summit Pines is the first subdivision to the left on Summit Pines Blvd, part of a larger town home community including Summit Trails and Summit Place. The color scheme of the community is grey-blue and white, with the body of the these one-story townhomes painted white and the trim painted grey-blue. These townhomes look somewhat different from the majority of townhomes in the area, but they do have standard features like a fenced-in patio. The landscaping is beautiful but not showy, while parking is available in small lots outside each paid of townhomes. Amenities include a pool, tennis court and lake which affords 18 of the town home units a waterfront view.
What really sets Summit Pines apart from many town home communities in south Florida is its location. A short drive is all you need to reach everything that makes life in Florida tick -- shopping, entertainment, dining houses of worship and more. Youll find whatever youre looking for at the Polo Grounds Mall, West Palm Shopping Center and Syms Shopping Center. Nearby cuisine ranges from Cuban to Thai, to soul food, to Mexican and American. For entertainment arcades, sport bars, country clubs, cabaret and croquet simply represent the tip of available activities.
Just outside the community of Summit Pines is the Union Congregational Church, while a short drive away is Jog Road Baptist, United Metaphysical Church, Adventist Church, Church of Christ of the Palm Beaches and more. Educational opportunities for the children of Summit Pines residents are numerous, whether parents are looking for a private or public institution: Pine Jog Elementary School, ABC Childrens Learning Academy, Palm Springs Middle School, Forest Hills Elementary School, John I. Leonard High School and numerous academies for all ages.
