The community of Boynton Lakes is split into two parts: north and south. The boundaries include N. Congress Ave to the west, Miner Rd to the south, a canal to the east and Hypoluxo Rd to the north, which leads right to the beach. The master plan of this community was completed in 1993, and when developers placed "lakes" in the name, they meant it! Three lakes are located in the north portion of the development, while two lakes are located in the southern portion, separated by Westminster Lane.
