The Pines gets its name from all the trees located on the premises, of course, and they're not all pines. It's a town home community located in the beautiful city of Greenacres, FL, constructed in 1981.The community is formed along Purdy Ln to the south, Jog Rd to the west and Forest Hill Blvd to the North.
Units consist of a series of small town homes, with red-brown shingled roofs overhanging a brick base. Small fenced-in patios also adjoin each unit. Sizes range from 1,000 to 1,000 square feet. One great benefit of living at The Pines is that it is very affordable considering the great location.
To say that this community is well landscaped is simply an understatement. The sheer amount of trees, not to mention variety of trees, separates this community from others -- even many oversized lot neighborhoods! Lawns are also immaculate and hedges are well-trimmed and even. Greenacres is certainly a city which is prized for, amongst other things, its incredible landscaping. Often it's hard to find affordable town homes with unique landscaping, but The Pines succeeds.
