Waterview Estates is a quaint neighborhood community consisting of 235 town homes in Palm Springs, Florida. The "water view" referred to in the name refers to the large L-shaped lake around which the community is shaped. Homes are located on Davis Road, Waterview Drive and Waterview Circle.
