Three builders constructed different parts that make up the 758 homes in this exclusive community. In 1999 Lennar started building The Isles at Wellington, followed by Rutenberg's semi-custom residences. Kenco Communities constructed semi-custom homes as well, but one and two story estates instead of single-family homes.
